Day 1 : Arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) and Transfer to Jaldapara National Park
Guest will be received by our official at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) – He will assist you for the forwarding journey to Jaldapara – Nearly 160 Kilometers - 3 ½ - 4 hours drive by road - Lunch on the way in Dhaba or in Hotel - Jaldapara - It ensures a pleasant climate round the year so it isn’t a problem even if you’ve set your visit any time of the year - The entire in eastern Himalayan region has six National Parks and Wildlife Sanctuaries and is famous among tourist for its Wild life and Tea tourism – Night halt at Jaldapara Hotel / Resort
Day 2 : Elephant ride and Jungle & Transfer to Lataguri (Gorumara National Park)
Early morning drive to Hollong for thrilling elephant safari is organized in the early morning from Hollong - It offers the exquisite beauty of the vast grassland of Jaldapara - One can sight Indian rhinos, bison, deer, and Asiatic elephants – Back to resort for breakfast - Next one has to drive 2 - 2 ½ hours to Gorumara National Park at Lataguri - Lataguri - It ensures a pleasant climate round the year so it isn’t a problem even if you’ve set your visit any time of the year - The entire in eastern Himalayan region has six National Parks and Wildlife Sanctuaries and is famous among tourist for its Wild life and Tea tourism – Evening free to stroll around the local market – Night halt at Lataguri Hotel / Resort
Day 3 : Local Sight Seeing and Jungle Safari
(Morning or evening depending upon the availability of Ticket – Guest has to book the ticket with the help of resort person – Early morning Breakfast - Drive to visit to Jhalong / Bindu / Chapramari in the lap of Himalaya – This is an excursion involving drive and sightseeing - The area is known for its diversified flora, fauna and the scenic beauty of Bhutan Hills - It provides habitat for the Royal Bengal Tiger, Gaur, Leopard, Sambar, Chital, Hog Deer, Barking deer etc – Back to resort - Early evening (4 P M to 6 P M) Jungle safari subjected to availability of ticket (Optional) – As per the norms of the Government Guest has to book the ticket (He will be assisted by a guide from the Resort - Excursion to Medhla / Chukchuki / Jatraprasad Watch Tower - In the late evening campfire & tribal dance at the resort can be arranged (Optional) – Night Stay at Resort in Lataguri (Duars / Dooars)
Day 4 : Departure transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)
Early morning breakfast – Check Out Time 11 AM - Next one has to drive to Siliguri, on the way to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) - It is a approximately 90 kilometers drive and is nearly 2 ½ - 3 hours via Sevoke Coronation Bridge / Sevoke Kali Mandir – One can stop will be provided at Coronation Bridge for photography and scenic beauty if time permits - One can also have some refreshment if time permits The traffic will be more hence one has to start early - Reach Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) - Forwarding Journey

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
